Choose from our premium contrast therapy suites, complete with infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C rinse showers stocked with Kiehl’s products, or recharge with our eucalyptus steam room and invigorating frost locker contrast experience. Enhance recovery in our dedicated cold plunge and
infrared sauna rooms, or rejuvenate in our red light therapy space. Additionally, enjoy our compression therapy lounge with zero gravity recliners.
Sessions range from 15-45 minutes and include fresh towel service.


Infrared Sauna
Traditional saunas work by heating the air around you, whereas our Clearlight full-spectrum infrared saunas use advanced light therapy to promote heat generation from within the body, resulting in a deeper sweat and at a lower temperature.
We recommend starting at 130-140° F for 20-30 minutes per sweat. Once acclimated to the heat you can work your way up to the 40-45 minute mark or higher temperatures.
Aim for 90 minutes a week.

Cold Plunge

Targeted stretch and massage services help restore balance, improve flexibility, and reduce everyday tension. These personalized sessions support better movement and long-term performance.
Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive wellness modality that utilizes specific wavelengths of red (630-660nm) + near infrared (800-850nm) light to penetrate the skin and interact with the body at a cellular level.
